If I warchalk a found WiFi access point, I'm alerting not only others who may want to make use of it, but the owner of the device that's leaking into public space. This may in turn cause them to take measures to limit its use/power. In that case I loose my ability to lounge on the public bench and work/surf while gazing over NY harbor.
Any experience along these lines?
